Em Kleaver is an arts education administrator, teaching artist, and scholar who comes to their role as an Admissions Counselor at Tyler with a deep passion for guiding students and their families through the college admissions process.

Em seeks to support and enhance the application and enrollment experience for both undergraduate and graduate students who have a passion and a love of their craft. In support of this goal, she is particularly committed to strong communications practices, consistent support, informal portfolio feedback, and connecting personally with families and students at both in-person and virtual events.

Em originally transplanted to Philadelphia, PA while attending Tyler School of Art + Architecture to earn their BFA in Ceramics, and has been happily showing, performing, teaching, and living in Philly ever since. Outside of Tyler, you might catch Em at a weekend craft fair or taking a ridiculously long walk on the Schuylkill River Trail.
